I have wanted to read this book since the moment I have heard about it. I love fairy tales books but this book is not just a fairy tale book but a story with a strong heroine who makes mistakes but she learns from them and put others ahead of herself. Everyone who I know who has read this book tell me how amazing it is and I can’t not wait for this one.

i want to see Cinderella and Fairy tale land shook up a bit. Move from weak princesses to strong girls who find themselves by being who they are.

Hi Kay! I love this question and have pondered it myself so I have to respond here.

If I do not have any info on a book it is the cover that catches me first. I admit to being a huge cover snob!

In the case of The Cinderella Society the cover pops! Its perfect for the story and it would have caught my eye in a store.

I can’t wait to read this book for a number of reasons. As you said, usually it is a combination. A lot of the books I want to read are ones that I hear about via blogs. That was my first introduction to your book in this case. The more I hear about it, the more I want to read it. I love the cover, I have always loved Cinderella stories, and I love that the theme is for teens to be the best they can be. Your blogs demonstrate how this is essential for you and one of your focuses. I can’t wait to see how it will come out in your novel. I imagine that it will be a great addition to my classroom library.

I am eager to read TCS for several reasons.

1. The synopsis! It sounds soooo good.
2. I’m attracted to the cover!
3. I’ve heard some authors raving about TCS so I’m super excited! =D
4. It’s YA! I read all kinds of YA!

Well, the first thing that grabs me is the title. I love fairy tales, so any time I see a title with a familiar fairy tale reference, I want to know more.

And then I love the premise–the good girls of the world fighting the mean girls! (and the names–the Cindys vs the Wickeds!!).

And if you’re not grabbed yet, then I love this line “What’s a girl to do when the glass slipper fits, but she doesn’t want to wear it anymore?”

So great!

It’s hard to say why I want to read the Cinderella Society. I guess firstly because I ADORE the story of Cinderella, and so anything that has anything even remotely to do with it is on my wishlist. And then there’s the fact that the cover is so amazingly beautiful! It makes it seem like the book is also going to be beautiful. The glass slipper combined with the title of the book makes me super curious to know what it’s all about.
Yay I can’t wait!

I want to read TCS first and foremost because I’ve gotten to be a huge fan of your blog. Also the cover is really cool. It may be unfortunate, but I only pick up a book if a cover catches my eye than I read the back of the book and the inside cover. I know if I’d never heard of your book and just saw it at my library I would definetly pick it up.

What makes me want to read The Cinderella society is the title because who doesn’t want to read a book that has Cinderella in it, but the whole idea of reading about a society also gets me really excited
the cover is really cute so that just makes me want to read it
